The InStill Life program, which engages students in meaningful learning and awareness of food and where it comes from, traveled to Sayulita, Mexico this month.
OliveUs Education Society founder Nikos Theodasakis and his wife Linda visited Sayulita last year on vacation and returned this past month with the InStill Life project in mind. Tanis Hoffman, long-time friend of the Theodasakis’ and resident of Sayulita, acted as co-ordinator and set up the program with the primary school’s principal and teachers. “This program invites students to create change within their heart, school, community and world” said Nikos.
